AI consulting · Borken and Wesel districts, Germany
We help businesses use artificial intelligence where it saves work: in recurring processes, in documents and e-mails, and in your own software. With more than 30 years of software development, from the first conversation to day-to-day operation.
Use cases
Not every task gets better with AI. These usually do, because they come up often, involve a lot of text and are quick for a person to check.
Reading, summarising and filing enquiries, quotes, delivery notes or invoices instead of retyping them by hand.
Replies to customer enquiries, quote texts, product descriptions or reports as drafts that your team reviews and approves.
Opening up manuals, procedures and internal documents so that staff can ask questions in their own words and see where the answer comes from.
Bringing together data from e-mail, spreadsheets and business software and triggering routine steps automatically, with a log and clear responsibility.
Extending existing applications in Delphi, C#/.NET or with a database back end with AI features, without rewriting them.
Using Claude Code to understand, document, test and extend legacy code. This is how we work ourselves every day.
Approach
We start with one concrete process, not with a strategy on paper.
Which processes cost time, where is the data, what may an AI see? The first conversation is free of obligation; in the Borken and Wesel districts we can also come to you by arrangement.
A clearly defined use case is implemented and tested with real examples. Afterwards you know what it does and what it does not.
We set the solution up in your business and train your team on your own processes.
We support day-to-day use, make adjustments and transfer what has proven itself to further processes.
Data protection and control
Before any use, we clarify which data an AI service may see at all. We choose plans and settings in which the provider does not use your inputs to train its models, put the necessary data processing agreements in place and leave personal data out wherever possible.
A person checks what an AI produces before it leaves your business. As ISTQB Certified Testers we define how a result can be measured and test the solution with real examples from your business before it goes into daily use.
Since February 2025, the EU AI Act requires businesses that use AI to ensure their staff have sufficient AI literacy (Article 4). Training on your own processes is therefore part of every rollout.
Why NordZentrum
We build the solution ourselves and connect it to your existing software instead of stopping at a recommendation.
We use Claude, Claude Code and Claude Design every day in our own projects and recommend what has proven itself there.
We work from Raesfeld in North Rhine-Westphalia, close to the Dutch border. Most projects elsewhere run remotely.
FAQ
That depends on the scope. After the first conversation you receive a non-binding estimate covering effort, steps and the running costs of the services used. We start with a small pilot so that you see the benefit before investing more.
Usually not. Most solutions use cloud AI services and can be connected to e-mail, spreadsheets and existing business software. Where your own software is involved, we handle the integration.
Mainly Claude by Anthropic, and Claude Code for software development. What matters is what your process needs and which data is processed; the service, plan and settings follow from that.
Yes, if it is set up properly: with a data processing agreement, plans without training on your data and as little personal data as possible. We clarify this before the first use.
In the Borken and Wesel districts, gladly, by arrangement. Many meetings can be held by video; elsewhere in Germany and abroad we mostly work remotely.
For small and medium-sized businesses where texts, documents or data are regularly processed by hand, whether in trades, retail, services or industry. An IT department is not a prerequisite.
